The Light Bee X set the standard for electric off-road when it launched, and it keeps raising the bar. MY25 brought the 8kW motor, DOT brakes, and an 18" rear wheel to the platform. MY26 steps it up further with a 10kW motor, a new 72V 35Ah battery, redesigned Smart FOC controller, wheelie control, 5-level regen, electronic parking, and forged 4-piston brakes — the most complete factory Light Bee ever built.

Both years share what makes the Light Bee X great: a forged aluminum frame at under 130 lbs, an accessible 32.7 in seat height, and a riding character that works as well on tight trails as it does on wide-open runs. Zero emissions, zero noise, and the kind of throttle response that makes gas bikes feel slow off the line.

Both generations deliver electric torque that leaves gas pit bikes in the dust. The MY26 Smart FOC controller handles sustained riding far better than previous generations.

Battery Upgrade on MY26

MY25 runs 60V / 40Ah with Panasonic or LG cells. MY26 moves to a 72V / 35Ah pack — new voltage architecture with real-time motor, controller, and battery communication.

Forged Aluminum Frame

Under 130 lbs, 32.7 in seat height, 10.6 in ground clearance, and 49.4 in wheelbase. Light enough to throw around, stiff enough to inspire confidence.

Suspension Upgrades

MY25: inverted coil spring KKE forks (7.8 in travel), Intersect TR multi-link rear. MY26: fully revised rear suspension setup for smoother, more controlled feel.

Braking — MY26 Gets 4-Piston

MY25 brought DOT fluid hydraulic brakes over the older mineral oil setup. MY26 upgrades again to forged integrated 4-piston calipers with more stopping force and better fade resistance.

MY26 Electronics Suite

5-level regen, 2-level wheelie control, adjustable throttle response, electronic parking, and multiple safety protections — all factory standard on the 2026 model.
