Do you offer financing on electric dirt bikes?
Yes! We offer financing through Synchrony on eligible Full Size EMoto, Lightweight EMoto, and Small/Kids EMoto models. The application is quick, and most customers get an instant credit decision. It's a solid way to get on a bike without dropping the full amount up front. Check our Finance page for details and to apply.
Do you ship bikes nationwide, and how much does shipping cost?
We do ship across the U.S. Most eligible parts orders ship via 2-Day Express right out of our Jacksonville, FL warehouse, and shipping is free on most items over $99.99. Bikes, batteries, and oversized products may require additional handling or specialized freight transport, so timelines and costs can vary for those. Reach out to us directly if you want an exact shipping quote on a specific bike.
Are electric dirt bikes street legal in Florida?
Short answer: not from the factory. Most electric dirt bikes lack the required equipment for street use, things like DOT-approved lights, mirrors, turn signals, a horn, and a VIN plate. Florida treats electric dirt bikes as motor vehicles, so riding one on public roads without proper registration is illegal. All the electric dirt bikes we sell are intended for off-road use only unless otherwise noted. If you're looking into a street conversion, we're happy to talk through what's involved.
Do I need a license or registration to ride an electric dirt bike?
On private property, generally no. Most states don't impose a minimum age or licensing requirement for riding on your own land. On public OHV trails and parks, rules vary by state and often require riders to be 10 to 16+ with supervision or a safety certificate. If you plan to ride on public land, check your state and local regulations first. You're responsible for making sure you're compliant with local, state, and federal laws.
What brands do you carry, and which bike is right for me?
We carry a curated lineup of the best electric platforms out there, including Surron, Stark, Tork, Arctic Leopard, ERide, and more. For motocross racing, we'd point you toward the Stark Varg (up to 80 hp) or the ERide Pro. For technical trails and mixed terrain, the Surron Ultra Bee and Arctic Leopard are excellent picks. For younger or smaller riders, the Surron Hyper Bee Edition (5 kW, ~28 mph top speed, 26.9" seat height) is purpose-built. And if you want a race-ready machine that hits 0 to 30 in 2 seconds flat, take a hard look at the 2026 Tork Pro-Sport. Our team rides these platforms, so we can help match you to the right bike based on your riding style and experience level.
How far can an electric dirt bike go on a single charge, and how long does it take to charge?
Range depends heavily on how you ride. Light trail riding typically yields 30 to 60 miles, mixed off-road use gets you 20 to 40 miles, and aggressive riding lands around 15 to 25 miles. Rider weight and terrain matter too; hilly terrain can cut range by roughly 30% compared to flat ground. For specific models: the Surron Light Bee X MY26 offers up to 46 miles, and the Tork Pro-Sport can reach 70 miles at 15 mph or up to 100 miles at 25 mph.
Charge times vary by battery size. Most batteries go from empty to full in 3 to 6 hours. The Surron Hyper Bee charges to 80% in about 2.5 hours, while the Tork Pro-Sport hits 90% in roughly 3.5 hours. And the electricity cost? We're talking about $0.03 to $0.10 per full charge. Your gas-powered buddy can't say that.
Do you service bikes you didn't sell, and do you stock replacement parts and upgrades?
We're an electric-only specialist, and our team knows these platforms inside and out. If you have questions about service on a Surron, Talaria, or another brand we carry, get in touch with us directly so we can discuss what we can help with. As for parts, yes, we stock a large selection of replacement parts and performance upgrades. We keep popular items in stock at our Jacksonville warehouse for fast turnaround, and most parts orders ship via 2-Day Express.
What warranty comes with a new bike, and what is your return policy?
Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer and model. Each new bike comes with the manufacturer's standard warranty, and we'll make sure you know exactly what's covered before you buy. For return policy details, contact us at 877-376-6380 or TicketSystem@LithiumPowersports.com before initiating any return. We want to make sure you're stoked on your purchase, so if something isn't right, let's talk it through.
What age is appropriate for each bike size, and can I visit your Jacksonville showroom?
We carry bikes for riders of all ages and sizes. The Surron Hyper Bee Edition, for example, weighs just 85.9 lbs with a 26.9" seat height and tops out around 28 mph, making it a great fit for younger or smaller riders. Full-size models like the Tork Pro-Sport (150 lbs, 65 mph top speed) and the Stark Varg are built for adult riders and competitive use. If you're unsure which size fits your kid or yourself, our team can walk you through it.
And yes, absolutely come see us! Our brick-and-mortar store is located at 10615 Beach Blvd, Ste 101, Jacksonville, FL. Swing by to check out bikes in person, ask questions, and talk to real riders who actually know what they're selling. For test ride availability, give us a call ahead of your visit.
How should I store and maintain the battery, and do you accept trade-ins?
Electric dirt bikes need way less maintenance than gas bikes (no oil changes, no spark plugs, no air filters to fuss with), but the battery deserves some attention. Store it in a cool, dry place and avoid extreme temperatures; most lithium battery management systems are rated for operation between -4°F and 122°F. Keep the charge level between 20% and 80% during long-term storage, and avoid leaving it fully depleted for extended periods. With proper care, most lithium batteries last 800 to 1,200 charge cycles, which works out to roughly 3 to 5 years of regular riding. Beyond the battery, keep an eye on your brakes, chain tension, tires, and suspension components.
As for trade-ins, reach out to us directly to discuss what you've got. Contact us at 877-376-6380 or TicketSystem@LithiumPowersports.com and we'll see what we can work out.
