CUSTOMER SUPPORT

For any changes, cancellations, updates, or requests regarding your order, you must contact Lithium Powersports during normal business hours. Leaving a voicemail, sending a text message, or submitting an email does not guarantee that your request will be received or processed.

IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENT FOR BIKE ORDERS

To prevent fraud and ensure compliance with financing, shipping, and warranty requirements, all bike purchases require identity verification.

After placing an order for any bike, you will be required to provide a valid government-issued photo ID that matches the billing and shipping information on the order.

  • Orders will not be processed, fulfilled, or shipped until ID verification is completed
  • The name and address on the ID must match the order details
  • Failure to provide valid identification may result in order cancellation

This requirement applies to all bike purchases regardless of payment method, including credit card, financing, or cash transactions.

All requests must be reviewed, acknowledged, and confirmed by Lithium Powersports in writing before any action is taken.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE

Lithium Powersports processes, fulfills, and ships orders during normal business hours only. Orders are not processed, fulfilled, or shipped during evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Orders placed outside normal business hours will be reviewed and processed on the next business day.

Shipping transit times begin once the order has been accepted by the shipping carrier and do not include evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Bike orders may require VIN assignment, inspection, paperwork review, freight booking, and identity verification before shipment. Bike orders will not be processed, fulfilled, or shipped until all required verification steps are completed.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders are processed and may enter fulfillment immediately after purchase. While Lithium Powersports will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests, order cancellations are not guaranteed, even if a request is submitted shortly after an order is placed.

A cancellation request is only valid once it has been reviewed, acknowledged, and confirmed in writing by Lithium Powersports. Requests submitted via voicemail, text message, or email that have not been confirmed may not be acted upon in time.

Once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, VIN assignment, freight booking, or shipment, the order can no longer be cancelled, regardless of whether a cancellation request was submitted but not yet confirmed.

If an order cannot be cancelled, it will be subject to the applicable Return and Refund Policy, including restocking fees, shipping costs, and non-refundable transaction fees.

DISCLAIMER

All electric dirt bikes sold by Lithium Powersports are intended for off-road use only unless otherwise stated. It is the buyer’s responsibility to comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the ownership and operation of these vehicles.

Lithium Powersports is not liable for misuse, accidents, injuries, damages, or legal consequences resulting from the operation or use of these products. Always ride responsibly and wear appropriate safety gear.

PRODUCT INFORMATION & PRICING

Product descriptions, specifications, availability, and pricing are provided to the best of our knowledge but may not always be current or accurate. Lithium Powersports reserves the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel orders at its discretion if inaccuracies are identified, including typographical errors, mispricing, or incorrect product data.

If an order is cancelled by Lithium Powersports after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued unless otherwise stated.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Bikes are shipped via freight from our Jacksonville, Florida warehouse. Residential deliveries require coordination with the freight carrier. The carrier will contact you prior to delivery to schedule a date and time. Failure to answer calls from unknown numbers may result in delivery delays.

All freight bike shipments require a signature upon delivery. No exceptions.

Returns

We offer a 10-day return window from the date of delivery.

  • Unopened boxes are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee

  • Opened boxes are subject to a 25 percent restocking fee plus shipping costs

  • Electronic parts and devices cannot be returned once installed, used, or tested

To initiate a return, you must email Lithium Powersports with your order details and reason for return and wait for an RMA approval.

Returned merchandise must be in original condition, include the original receipt, and have an approved RMA number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

Original condition means no scratches, marks, blemishes, or alterations, and all security tags must remain attached.

BULK ORDERS

Bulk orders placed through the website may be cancelled at our discretion. Due to high credit card processing fees, bulk orders may be moved from credit card payment to ACH. We reserve the right to allocate inventory to ensure fair availability and prevent monopolization of units.

PRODUCT IMAGES

We make every effort to ensure product images on our website are accurate. However, products may change over time, and the item received may differ slightly from the images shown.

SHIPPING & REMOTE LOCATIONS

Due to remote or hard-to-access locations, additional shipping charges may apply. While we strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible, additional charges may be required in rare cases.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact Customer Support within 2 business days of delivery.

If there is extensive damage to the shipping box, refuse delivery and contact Customer Support immediately.

REFUSAL OF DELIVERY

If a shipment is refused for any reason other than damage, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred by Lithium Powersports. Once the item is returned to our warehouse, a refund will be issued for the purchase price minus the actual shipping costs.

This applies even if free shipping was originally offered.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Orders returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer are subject to additional shipping charges. Refunds will be issued minus the actual shipping costs incurred. Reshipment requests will incur additional shipping fees.

Shipping times do not include the day the order ships. Lithium Powersports is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders are charged in full at the time of purchase. Pre-orders may be cancelled prior to fulfillment; however, a non-refundable cancellation fee of 3 percent to 8 percent applies due to payment processing costs.

ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED

All orders over $500 require an adult signature upon delivery.

SHIPPING LIABILITY

Once an order leaves the Lithium Powersports warehouse and is in the possession of the shipping carrier, Lithium Powersports is not liable for incidents occurring during transit.

LithiumPowersports.com uses SSL encryption to protect sensitive customer information. Secure pages display a lock icon in your browser. Non-secure pages do not.
